Become a Certified Quality Engineer
GROW YOURSELF AND YOUR CAREER
So you’d like to become a Certified Quality Engineer? Awesome! Becoming a CQE is one of the best things you can do to grow yourself, your career and your income.
But it’s not easy.
What should you study? What is the best strategy to learn statistics? How much time should you spend studying each topic? How can you find time to study? What resource should you take into the exam with you? Who can you talk to if you have questions?
I’m here to answer all of those questions, so that you can pass the CQE Exam and grow your career!
HI, MY NAME IS ANDY ROBERTSON!
AND BECOMING A CQE WAS THE BEST THING I EVER DID TO GROW MY CAREER
When I started in Quality many years ago, I had no idea what I was doing. I felt insecure and unproductive because I didn’t know have the skills, knowledge and information to solve problems, manage projects and make high quality decisions.
I had a lot of potential, but I wasn’t sure how to unlock that potential and become the best Quality Engineering I could, and that’s when I found out about the CQE Certification.
My reputation grew as I learned the skills and tools that I needed to solve problems, lead teams, apply statistical tools and use risk-based thinking within the bigger picture of the Quality Management System. Best of all, my career and my income grew as I learned these skills! Oh, and I’ve since passed the CQE Exam three times.
And my story isn’t unique. ASQ does a survey every year of Quality Engineers and has consistently found that Certified Quality Engineers make on average $10,000 more a year than their non-certified peers.
Which makes perfect sense. The better you are at solving problems, or improving processes, the more valuable you are to your organization, which naturally leads to a higher salary.
